A law firm in New York City is seeking a Mid-Level Structured Credit Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction, possessing a strong background in structured credit.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to structured credit transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including credit agreements, collateral documents, and other transactional documents.
  • Assist with due diligence and document management for structured credit transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding structured credit matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex structured credit transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction.
  • 2-6 years of experience in structured credit transactions within a law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of finance, securities, and regulatory matters relevant to structured credit.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction.
