A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to update clients, communicate with insurance companies, and evaluate claims. The ideal candidate should have significant trial experience, be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing, and possess superb negotiation skills.

Duties:

• Update clients on the status of their claims and communicate with insurance companies.
• Utilize superb negotiation skills to advocate for clients.
• Evaluate claims and assess potential outcomes.
• Participate in personal injury trials, preferably as first chair.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Significant trial experience, preferably 7-10 personal injury trials as first chair.
• Experience in evaluating claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
