Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Attorney

A law firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Attorney with 5+ years of top-tier law firm experience. Provide legal counsel on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, with a focus on tax-qualified retirement plans, 409A, and 280G regulations. Advise on executive compensation disclosure rules as per SEC regulations. Portable business is preferred.

Duties:

• Counsel clients on employee benefits and executive compensation issues.
• Advise on tax-qualified retirement plans, 409A, and 280G regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents related to executive compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance on SEC's Executive Compensation Disclosure Rules.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in firm activities and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
• Strong understanding of tax-qualified retirement plans, 409A, and 280G regulations.
• Familiarity with SEC regulations related to executive compensation disclosure.
