Job Overview:

The Business And Estate Planning Attorney will counsel clients from business start-ups to multi-million-dollar transactions. Expect immediate client interaction and the opportunity to work on various files. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills and a sense of ownership in their work and with clients.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on business and estate planning matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, wills, and trusts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex cases and projects.
  • Stay updated on developments in business and estate planning law.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in Minnesota.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Sense of ownership in work and with clients.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and have autonomy on files.
  • Applicable business or real estate experience is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
