Senior Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior toxic tort associate attorney with 5+ years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience. The candidate will be taking and defending expert and witness depositions. Will be drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters. Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties. Developing client relationships through oral and written communication. Preparation for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists. Must be licensed in California. Should have a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school. Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail needed.
