The candidate should have portable business of around $200,000.will provide comprehensive counsel and legal support to clients in matters of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other related areas. Will utilize own expertise in estate planning to assist clients in preparing wills, trusts, and handling probate procedures. Analyze, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents relevant to family law and estate planning. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NJ State and Federal Laws relevant to family law and estate planning. Foster strong relationships with clients, offering them reassurance and empathetic advice during stressful times. Should have a strong background in Estate Planning. Proficiency in handling sensitive family matters with discretion and integrity is essential. Must be admitted to the NJ State Bar and in good standing. 

The candidate should have Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills needed. Should be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Superior written and verbal communication skills are needed.
