Financial Services Enforcement/Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:

A law firm seeks a highly qualified Financial Services Enforcement/Litigation Attorney with at least 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school and specific expertise in financial services matters, including investigations related to bank regulatory and nonbank financial institutions. Experience with regulatory bodies such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, bank regulatory agencies, or state attorney general offices is highly desirable. Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Proven experience in financial services enforcement or litigation.
• Familiarity with bank regulatory and nonbank financial institution investigations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
