A law firm in Knoxville, TN, is currently seeking a qualified Associate Attorney with a focus on Workers' Compensation. The ideal candidate should be licensed to practice law in Tennessee and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong legal research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities. Ethical and professional conduct are integral to the role.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in Workers' Compensation cases.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluations to develop effective strategies.
