Duties:

  • Conducting patent prosecution and providing legal counsel on intellectual property matters.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex technical documents related to patent applications.
  • Collaborating with clients, inventors, and firm attorneys to develop and execute patent strategies.
  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications, preparing responses to office actions, and managing patent portfolios.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of in-house or law firm patent prosecution experience.
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.S.), Chemistry (Ph.D.), and/or Organic Chemistry (Ph.D.).
  • Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.S.), Chemistry (Ph.D.), and/or Organic Chemistry (Ph.D).

Certifications:

  • Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
