Burlington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate/transactions associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience in transactional and corporate law including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial real estate, corporate law, or secured finance. The candidate should preferably have a background and familiarity with tax law. Must be admitted to practice in Vermont or be eligible for admission.
