Job Overview:

The Banking and Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and counsel to clients in banking and finance law matters. The successful candidate must possess high motivation and superior client service skills.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Assist in negotiations and settlements with clients and opposing parties.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on banking and finance transactions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediation as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Must be highly motivated and possess superior client service skills.
• Member of the Bar in a U.S. State and able to satisfy any requirements of the Firm's office's jurisdiction.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.
