Duties

• Manage an active litigation caseload independently.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License.

Skills

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side employment, personal injury, or sexual abuse cases.
• Experience in depositions and motion arguments.
• Knowledge in childhood abuse law, malpractice, insurance, and/or employment law.
