Duties

• Draft and oppose motions, including ex parte applications and motions for summary judgment.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys on motions in limine and case strategy.
• Argue motions and oppositions in court.
• Conduct legal research on emerging issues and unclear authorities.
• Engage in discussions with defense counsel and experts.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Superior writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with the Code of Civil Procedure and Evidence Code.
• Experience in supporting and opposing dispositive motions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
