Duties

  • Draft and oppose motions, including ex parte applications and motions for summary judgment.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting and opposing dispositive motions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
