Job Overview

A law firm seeks a seasoned attorney with at least three years of plaintiff personal injury experience to join their team in Oakland, CA. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, handling all aspects from client intake through trial.

Duties

• Manage and oversee personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct client intake and maintain client relationships.
• Handle pre-litigation, litigation, and trial processes.
• Participate in jury trials, with significant involvement in at least three trials preferred.
• Collaborate with firm management on case strategies and trial decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Active CA Bar license.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
