Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including business disputes, contract disputes, and other civil matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting depositions, and preparing witnesses.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff.

Requirements:
