Miami office of our client seeks a litigation associate attorney ideally with 4+ years of experience, including the entire gambit of litigation (intake, drafting pleadings, motions, attending court hearings, taking depositions, and the like). The candidate will primarily handle complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Florida Bar admission is required.

The firm is open to remote work 1-2 days a week but has a strong preference for local candidates that would work from the office. Attorneys looking to relocate from another jurisdiction would need to be barred in Florida.
