New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a secondary investment funds associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience working on fund secondary transactions to work on the growing and dynamic liquidity solutions practice. The candidate should have experience on both the buy-side and the sell-side, including on fund book sales as well as GP-led secondary transactions and anchor LP investments therein, as well as experience with closed-end fund formations. General corporate experience is helpful. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
