A law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1+ years of experience to handle workers' compensation cases, develop case strategies, and manage a caseload. The ideal candidate should possess a portable book of business and demonstrate strong writing and editing skills.

Duties:

• Handle workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and negotiate settlements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on workers' compensation matters.
• Review and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as an attorney handling workers' compensation cases.
• Portable book of business and projected potential.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Education and Certifications:
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
