A reputable Tampa-based law firm is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Bankruptcy Attorney to join its consumer bankruptcy practice. Location:

• Tampa, Florida

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations and gather necessary information

• Analyze and research bankruptcy-related legal issues

• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and related documents

• Represent clients in 341 meetings and confirmation hearings via Zoom

• Draft and respond to motions and pleadings

• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with clients

• Participate in client meetings, phone calls, and emails

• Contribute to a collaborative and respectful office environment

Requirements:

• Relevant legal experience (bankruptcy experience preferred but not required)

• Strong client service orientation

• Comfortable working in a highly client-intensive practice

• Committed to long-term employment in a stable, team-oriented setting

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
