Duties:

• Supervise legal staff and associate attorneys on casework

• Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation

• Demonstrated history of client engagement and portfolio development

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Willingness to engage in firm-wide leadership and mentoring

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar preferred, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted

• Spanish language proficiency preferred
