Duties:

• Provide comprehensive support to the general litigation practice
• Assist clients in various legal areas, ensuring a broad and effective range of services
• Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and draft relevant legal documents
• Utilize litigation technology support software for efficient case management

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of Civil Litigation experience, with a focus on federal cases
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to articulate the firm's value proposition
• Proficiency in litigation technology support software
• Experience in depositions, discovery, and case preparation is a plus

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
