Job Duties:

  • Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge in criminal and immigration law.
  • Conduct thorough research on legal issues and write legal documents, including briefs and motions.
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing a significant portfolio of work.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues as a dedicated team player.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Practice.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • JD from an accredited Law School.
  • Bar admission to practice law in Arizona.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Prior litigation experience is encouraged.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School.
  • Bar admission to practice law in Arizona.
