A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Associate Attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate their legal and business matters. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Illinois and will primarily focus on estate planning and probate.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on estate planning matters.
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Assist clients with probate administration, including asset distribution and resolving estate disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in estate planning and probate matters.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to estate planning and probate administration.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in good standing in the state of Illinois.
  • Strong interest in estate planning and probate law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:
