Employment Single Action Attorney

A law firm based in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking an Employment Single Action Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of employment litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, developing legal strategies, conducting depositions and negotiations, and representing clients in employment-related disputes. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and oral advocacy skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence.

Duties:

• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Developing legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
• Taking and running depositions and participating in meet and confer sessions
• Conducting alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mediations and negotiations
• Developing and delivering arguments and representing clients in employment matters

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar is mandatory
• Law degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school
• Minimum of 1 year of experience specializing in employment litigation
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence
