Duties:

  • Represent clients in matrimonial matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and asset distribution.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective legal strategies.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare for and attend court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of matrimonial law, including divorce procedures and child custody issues.
