The successful candidate will proactively manage family law cases, providing superior customer service to clients and making improvement recommendations to practice managers. With 3-7 years of litigation experience and 1st chair family law expertise, the ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's success by efficiently handling cases and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-7 years of litigation experience.
• 1st chair family law experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Mississippi.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
