Corporate Associate Attorney

West Orange office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate associate attorney with 1+ years of experience. The candidate should have some experience working on M&A, financing and commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance matters. Experience reviewing and preparing operating agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements and ancillary transaction documents is a plus. New Jersey Bar admission required. New York Bar admission a plus.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior research abilities, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to handle multiple assignments contemporaneously.
