Associate Attorney needed for Lake Forest office

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Lake Forest, CA, location. The Associate Attorney will have experience in civil litigation defense, managing cases, law and motion writing, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. They will build client relationships and provide excellent customer experience. Valuable experience in civil litigation defense representing companies and municipalities is preferred. The candidate will provide legal support to clients, assist partners, maintain client relationships, and prepare legal reports and documents.

Duties:

• Manage civil litigation defense cases.
• Write law and motion documents.
• Set claims and advocate for clients in court.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
• Represent companies and municipalities in civil litigation defense.
• Provide legal support to clients.
• Assist partners with case management.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience in civil litigation defense.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
