Duties

• Oversee the defense of employment disputes from intake through resolution or trial.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements in class and PAGA matters.

• Represent clients in courtroom hearings, depositions, and mediations.

• Supervise junior attorneys and coordinate case-management strategies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of exclusive employment litigation defense experience.

• Demonstrated defense of school districts and public-sector employers.

• Familiarity with class actions and PAGA-related claims.

• Proven analytical, negotiation, and case-management skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from accredited institutions.

Certifications

• Active admission to the State Bar of California.
