Duties

• Review and analyze new case files to determine strategy, budgeting, and recommendations

• Identify necessary pleadings and oversee paralegal task delegation

• Prepare responses to discovery and manage document production

• Attend and report on depositions, hearings, and discovery-related events

• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial when needed

• Maintain consistent communication with paralegals and legal assistants

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant legal practice experience, preferably in insurance defense

• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Georgia State Bar License (Required)
