Nashville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate/finance associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in the real estate or finance group of a law firm and significant experience in financing transactions (including C&I, real estate, acquisition finance, construction finance, ABL, and/or cash flow), with fluency in real estate (including title and survey). The candidate should preferably have familiarity with syndicated finance, cannabis, healthcare, REITs, and/or PACE loans. Must be proactive with the ability to critically analyze and thoughtfully problem solve, manage multiple files and competing deadlines, and effectively communicate with internal and external clients and counsels. Strong organization skills and commitment to teamwork and client service are required.
