Job Overview:

The Attorney will play a vital role in the firm's legal practice, focusing on civil litigation matters such as mass tort, personal injury, and business/corporate law. Duties:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and arguments.
  • Drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs for civil litigation cases.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
  • Managing all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
  • Providing legal counsel and advice to clients on various legal issues.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm.

 

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Membership in the California State Bar Association in good standing, with no record of discipline or malpractice claims.
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in mass tort, personal injury, or business/corporate law.
  • Ability to speak and/or write in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
