Environmental Attorney

Akron office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks environmental attorney with 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or in house legal department. The candidate will counsel on matters including remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts, the role of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues and environmental regulatory compliance. Must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio.

The candidate should have strong drafting, research, and writing skills. Must have ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects. Should have strong analytical skills. Must have ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully.
