Education Law Associate Attorney

Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an education law associate attorney with 2-5 years of law firm, in-house, or government agency experience. The candidate will work on matters affecting postsecondary education. Should have a strong academic record from a top-tier law school. Substantive legal experience in higher education is preferred. Those with experience in any of the following substantive areas within the education group, such as the Higher Education Act and other federal and state education and professional laws and regulations; accreditation and licensure; judicial and administrative litigation; reviews and investigations; acquisitions, sales, and mergers; service agreements and joint ventures; data privacy and cybersecurity matters; student and institutional lending; and legislative and regulatory affairs will be considered. DC Bar membership, or immediate eligibility for such membership, is required.
