Mid to Senior-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should have strong legal writing skills and must be willing to travel for court appearances. Must also be proactive, with a strong business and entrepreneurial sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills. Must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
