Orlando office of our client seeks an associate attorney. The candidate will interact directly with the firm's expanding individual, family, and employment-based clientele in the processing of visa applications, green card filings, naturalization processing, and removal proceedings in immigration court. Work closely with partners, lead attorneys, and support staff in handling a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense and family-based immigration cases. Must have a JD from an accredited law school (or foreign equivalency), as well as licensure permitting for the practice of law from a State Bar Association. Fluency in Spanish or another foreign language is preferred. Excellent communication skills are required.
