Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in commercial leasing.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with service level agreements and data center construction preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.

Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of development issues.
  • Experience with Am Law 100 firm preferred.
