Requirements

• Two to six years of experience, with bankruptcy experience preferred.
• Background in transaction-based practices or bankruptcy clerkships encouraged.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Superior interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to responsiveness and precision.
• Ability to manage complex matters professionally.
• Based in Charlotte or willing to relocate.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications
