A law firm is seeking a highly skilled Mid-level Chemical Science Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney to join their team in Chicago. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering quality legal services to clients by preparing patent applications and responses to USPTO communications.

Duties:

• Prepare draft patent applications and responses to USPTO communications.

Requirements:

• JD and admission to the USPTO are required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Degree in organic chemistry or chemical engineering.

• The solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience.
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields are preferred.
