Junior To Mid-Level Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level medical malpractice litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will support the day-to-day development of the record for trial in high-exposure medical malpractice and tort cases, including employment-adjacent claims against healthcare providers. Will support trial teams and handle trial responsibilities, including witnesses and oral arguments. Heavy emphasis on executing case development strategy, including taking and defending fact and expert depositions and preparing witnesses for testimony. Source and develop expert witnesses. Draft and deliver polished, file-ready motions and briefs of significance, and argue them to the court as necessary. Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation and trial strategies, including how best to approach complex issues or difficult problems. Must be Admitted, or has a path to admission, to practice in the State of Colorado.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a strong ability to interact effectively with a broad range of staff and stakeholders. Case management abilities and familiarity with the life cycle of civil litigation are required. The ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and complete job assignments in an accurate and timely manner, and respond appropriately to shifting demands is needed. Ability to use initiative and judgment to accomplish results is required. Should have the ability to work independently but be able to escalate and communicate issues in a timely and effective manner.
