A law firm in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting legal documents such as wills and estate documents, and possess detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.

Job Overview:

• Draft legal documents such as wills and estate documents for clients.
• Supervise the execution of wills and related documents.
• Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law.

Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as wills and estate documents.

• Provide detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and personal service orientation.
• Ability to keep client and firm matters confidential.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
