Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in all aspects of written and deposition discovery processes.
• Prepare for and participate in law and motion practice, including hearings and oral arguments.
• Assisted in trial preparation and potentially led trial teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business litigation.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior trial experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
