• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on federal and state environmental laws

• Support due diligence in corporate or real estate transactions with environmental components

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic legal advice

• Represent clients in administrative proceedings or court as needed

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience practicing environmental law

• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and litigation procedures related to environmental matters

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a legal environment

• Commitment to high-quality client service and legal ethics

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Admission to the Louisiana Bar or eligibility to waive in preferred
