Associate Attorney needed for Denver office

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in mass tort. The candidate will support trial preparations. Will draft complex legal memorandums. Manage a large docket of cases in multiple states. Evaluate the merits of potential cases. Conduct legal research on cases. Document review. Draft and respond to discovery. Defend and take depositions, including experts. Prepare expert reports and assist with trial prep. Correspond with opposing counsel and clients to facilitate the legal process. Track and manage SOL analysis. E-filings in state and federal courts. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English is required. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must be able to work overtime and travel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical in addition to working well under tight deadlines needed. Able to prioritize multiple projects and comply with the firm and court deadlines is required. Strong writing skills and judicial clerkship experience are preferred.
