Senior Mass Torts Litigation Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior mass torts litigation attorney with 5+ years of mass torts litigation experience. The candidate will lead litigation on mass torts cases. Draft complex legal memorandums. Manage a large docket of cases in multiple states. Evaluate the merits of potential cases. Conduct legal research on cases and manage document reviews. Draft and respond to discovery. Defend and take depositions, including experts. Prepare expert reports and assist with trial preparation. Correspond with opposing counsel and clients to facilitate the legal process. Track and manage SOL analysis. Manage e-filings in state and federal courts. A license to practice law in the State of Colorado is required.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must have a strong work ethic, excellent writing and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and strong time management skills.
