A law firm in Boston is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with a comprehensive skill set in complex litigation. The successful candidate will handle various duties related to litigation while demonstrating professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Handle a range of litigation tasks, including legal research, brief-writing, document production, and discovery. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions.
  • Manage document production and assist with discovery processes.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • JD or LLM degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to or eligibility for admission in New York or Massachusetts.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

 

Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
