A law firm is actively searching for an accomplished Partner-level Corporate and M&A Attorney to join its dynamic team in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate must bring a minimum of $300,000 in portable business and possess admission to the Florida Bar. Duties

  • Lead and oversee complex Corporate and M&A transactions, providing strategic legal advice.
  • Negotiate and draft a variety of corporate agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys, fostering professional development within the corporate practice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.

Requirements

  • Minimum of $300,000 in portable business.
