Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Junior Associate Attorney in Beverly Hills, CA. This role involves engaging in complex class action litigation within a dynamic legal environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to significant legal cases and grow professionally within the firm.

Duties

  • Assist in managing the full lifecycle of class action litigation, including legal analysis and trial preparation.
  • Act as a liaison between the legal team and clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Perform detailed legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Engage in all phases of discovery, including document production and deposition readiness.
  • Support court proceedings such as motion hearings and trials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in class action litigation in employment law.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active California State Bar membership.

Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of class action lawsuit procedures and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex legal information.
  • Highly organized with effective multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
