Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Class Action Associate Attorney in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing class action lawsuits, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and effectively communicating with clients.

Duties

  • Assist in managing class action cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in class action litigation in employment law.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of class action procedures and litigation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
