The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases and must have Bar admission. Duties:

  • Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.

  • 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Commitment to client advocacy and service.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in New York.
